Creasy Woolfolk Concepts was founded in 1994 by Cindy Creasy Woolfolk and is a full-service advertising agency handling clients in the fast food, retail, education and automotive industries.  

Creasy Woolfolk Concepts is a “boutique” agency specializing in personalized client services.   Having had  experience in virtually every aspect of the advertising and broadcasting industry allows a unique perspective.  Our experience lends a multi-tiered insight into positioning, media negotiation and placement, creative concepts and marketing strategies.

About Cindy:

Cindy Creasy Woolfolk has over 25 years of broadcasting and advertising agency experience in major and medium-sized markets including Richmond ­ VA, New Orleans, LA & Houston, TX.

After moving to Richmond to help establish and market the local FOX network affiliate she started her agency, Creasy Woolfolk Concepts, in 1994. Cindy’s specialty is designing and building comprehensive multi media campaigns and marketing efforts.  Focusing on personalized service CWC handles a select client base including advertising accounts:  Dairy Queen of VA, Benjamin Moore Virginia Paint & Design Center, Bluefield College –Accelerated Adult Degree Completion Program.  The public relations department of Creasy Woolfolk Concepts handles Feld Entertainment (Disney On Ice and Ringling Bros. Barnum & Bailey Circus) for Richmond, Charlottesville and Roanoke markets.  On occasion, CWC does project work on a case by case basis.

Cindy searched Richmond until she found a staff and independent contractors with strong marketing, sales and creative abilities which compliment Cindy’s media, creative and promotional strengths.  CWC continuously works with broadcast, cable, print an on-line entities to learn of synergistic promotions and/or event on behalf of its clients that would prove beneficial in regards to additional air-time, public relations or brand building.

Cindy is married to Dr. Royce W. Woolfolk, Jr. and has two boys, Royce Woodson and Nicholas.  They live in the Northside – Ginter Park area of Richmond and have three dogs. 

Cindy became interested in “trading” as she has worked with Crescent City Trade Exchange of New Orleans, LA for the past 10 years. After seeing the growth, support and business received through the trade exchange in new Orleans, Cindy decided to launch a now successful locally owned trade exchange; James River Trade Exchange www.jamesrivertrade.com
